         Owner, 43-year-old Scott Neibel, was born and raised in Orange County.  A family man, lives with his loving wife, 7 year old son and 4 year old daughter in Mission Viejo, CA.
         ​Previous to working in the garage door industry, he went to college and was a professional automotive mechanic for ten years.
         After working in the garage door industry for several years, Mr. Neibel's entrepreneurial spirit led him to starting his own business in 2006. With his trade skills, he acquired his California contractor's license. He has built custom tools to help at fixing garage doors and assisting at installing, in an efficient style.
         ​The company's goals include ensuring customer satisfaction, advanced knowledge of garage door systems, and providing quality workmanship, at fair prices. ​Do you supply new garage doors?
Yes, just call or text (949) 292-9843 to schedule an appointment, we will come take a look at your requirements and give you some options.
​What type of garage door openers do you use or recommend?
​We recommend Liftmaster operators for almost all of the jobs we do. Liftmaster has proven themselves to be the best, and most reliable, garage door manufacturer around. They have a full range of motors for every budget and application, with a complete list of accessories to go with them. Liftmaster offers chain drive, belt drive and side mount options.
​Our door feels really heavy, do we need new springs?
​Yes, you probably need new springs, the door is likely out of balance. When we perform maintenance or a tune up on your door, we adjust the springs, if possible the tracks, hinges, operator or whatever component necessary to make the door work better. We also lubricate all parts necessary. If the springs are extremely rusty, or very old, we do recommend replacing them. If the springs are older than 10 years, they’re probably nearing the end of their life expectancy. If you have a “tilt-up’ door, we can also balance those doors out by adjusting the pivot points on the hardware.​
​What does an annual service include?
This is a visit we carry out in each contract year to check your garage door system for safety and operation.  Our normal service call is $95.00.  When you sign up for our yearly service it costs $65.00 per year.
